TruMark 6000

TRUMPF has introduced the TruMark 6020, a Nd:YAG laser with a 1064nm wavelength, high energy density and superior beam quality.

The TruMark 6020 features a 60 percent increase in laser power compared to its predecessor the VMc3, and a significant increase in marking speed. With improvements to the resonator design and laser diode technology, it achieves a peak power up to 150 kW.
In addition, an optional laser beam expander provides the flexibility to decrease spot size or increase the marking field to 10.8 x 10.8 inches with a spot size below 60?m.

A quick connect cable unites the laser head and control unit to simplify integration and field maintenance. A new digital, high-speed scanner and more rigid industrial laser head further expand the processing capabilities of the TruMark 6020.

The TruMark 6020 is appropriate for highly demanding applications including annealing, ablation and deep engraving of metal components. In addition to excellence in metal processing, the TruMark laser also proves steadfast in non-metal applications including plastics and ceramics. Available lenses supply marking fields from 2.4 x 2.4 inches to 11.4 x 11.4 inches depending on the application demands.

The TruMark 6020 is available as an OEM unit or for integration into TruMark workstations. Each laser arrives fully equipped with the TruTops Mark laser marking software and QuickFlow customer programming software.
